IN-COMPANY FORMAT
When multiple people in your organization need to improve their presentation skills, an in-company workshop can be more practical and cost-effective. We adapt our proven methodology to your specific context and deliver the training at your location.
We come to your office or facility. This eliminates travel time for your team and allows us to conduct the workshop in an environment where they're comfortable and where the learning can immediately connect to their actual work context.
While we maintain the core methodology that makes our workshops effective, we adapt examples, scenarios, and practice exercises to reflect the specific communication challenges your team faces in their roles.
We work around your team's availability. Sessions can be scheduled during work hours, after hours, or even split across different days or weeks depending on what works for your organization's rhythm and priorities.
When colleagues go through the workshop together, they develop a shared language around communication. They can continue supporting each other's development after the workshop ends, reinforcing the learning.
The structure remains similar to our public workshops, but we adapt to your organization's needs.
We meet with you to understand your team's specific communication challenges. What types of presentations do they give? Who are their audiences? What's currently not working? This shapes how we customize the workshop.
Based on the consultation, we propose a workshop structure. This might be our standard three-session format, or we might recommend a different configuration depending on your team's size, availability, and development needs.
We conduct the workshop at your location using your facilities. We bring any necessary equipment for video recording. Your team practices, receives feedback, and develops their skills just as they would in a public workshop.
After the workshop, we can provide additional support if desired. This might include brief coaching sessions for specific individuals, follow-up group practice sessions, or consultation on how to maintain the momentum of improvement.
Organizations typically request in-company workshops in these situations.
You've promoted several people into leadership roles. They're technically competent, but now they need to present to senior management, motivate teams, and communicate decisions clearly. They need these skills quickly.
Your sales team, consultants, or account managers are excellent at their work but inconsistent in how they present to clients. You want to establish a baseline of communication competence across the department.
Your engineers, developers, or specialists are brilliant but struggle to explain their work to non-technical stakeholders. This communication gap is creating friction and misunderstanding. They need translation skills.
As your company scales, more people need to present internally and externally. Rather than sending individuals to various external workshops, you want to build this capability systematically across the organization.
For an in-company workshop to work effectively, your organization needs to provide certain elements.
A room large enough for the group with space for people to stand and present. It should be relatively private so participants feel comfortable practicing without interruption from others in the office.
A screen or monitor for displaying materials. We bring our own video recording equipment, but if you have presentation technology in the room, we can work with that as well.
Participants need to be able to focus on the workshop without being pulled away for other work. The learning requires presence and attention. Protect their time during the sessions.
When leadership communicates that this training matters, participants take it seriously. A brief message from management about why the organization is investing in this development helps set the right tone.
In-company workshop pricing depends on several factors. Contact us to discuss your specific situation and receive a proposal.
We can work with groups of various sizes, though we maintain that smaller groups allow for more individual practice time. Larger groups may require splitting into multiple workshop cohorts or adjusting the format.
Basic adaptation to your industry and context is included. More extensive customization — such as developing industry-specific case studies or integrating with your internal processes — involves additional preparation time.
If your facility is in San Salvador de Jujuy or nearby, there's no travel cost. For other locations, we'll discuss travel arrangements and incorporate those considerations into the proposal.
Standard three-session format spread over three weeks is our baseline. Compressed timelines or extended programs with additional follow-up sessions affect the overall engagement and pricing structure.
