AVAILABLE WORKSHOPS
Each workshop is designed for specific communication challenges. All follow the same three-session structure with practice, feedback, and video documentation of your progress.
For: Professionals who rarely present but need to start doing so effectively.
Covers the fundamentals: basic message structure, managing initial nervousness, essential body language, and handling straightforward questions. You'll build a foundation you can use immediately.
For: Professionals who present regularly but want to improve their impact and confidence.
Focuses on advanced structure techniques, controlling nervous energy under pressure, using body language strategically, and handling challenging questions with composure. Takes your existing skills to a higher level.
For: Technical specialists who need to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
Emphasizes translating technical content, using analogies effectively, structuring explanations for different knowledge levels, and handling questions from people who don't share your background. Bridges the expertise gap.
For: Professionals who pitch proposals, present results, or explain recommendations to clients.
Covers persuasive structure, reading the room, adapting on the fly, projecting confidence when stakes are high, and handling objections or skepticism professionally. Prepares you for high-pressure client situations.
Regardless of which program you choose, these elements are standard in all our workshops.
Sessions are typically scheduled one week apart, giving you time to practice between meetings. Each session runs approximately two and a half hours.
Maximum of eight participants per workshop. This ensures everyone gets substantial practice time and individual attention in every session.
Your first and final presentations are recorded. You receive both videos to document your progress and continue learning after the workshop ends.
The group learns to give specific, actionable feedback. You'll receive clear observations about what's working and concrete suggestions for improvement.
You receive written materials outlining the frameworks and techniques covered. These serve as reference tools you can use long after the workshop.
Every participant presents multiple times in each session. The repetition with feedback is where real improvement happens. You're not just watching others.
Here's what happens in each of the three sessions.
Baseline Assessment
Each participant delivers a short presentation on a topic of their choice. We record these. The group provides initial observations. You identify your specific challenges and set personal goals for the workshop.
Time: 2.5 hours
Your practice time: Approximately 15-20 minutes
Technique Building
We introduce frameworks specific to your workshop type. You practice applying them in short exercises. The group gives feedback on implementation. You identify what techniques work naturally for you and which need more work.
Time: 2.5 hours
Your practice time: Approximately 20-25 minutes
Integration & Measurement
Each participant delivers a presentation incorporating everything learned. We record these. You compare your final video to your first one and see concrete improvement. The group recognizes your progress.
Time: 2.5 hours
Your practice time: Approximately 20-25 minutes
Independent Practice
You're encouraged to practice the techniques in your actual work presentations. Many participants report that the real-world application between sessions is where the learning solidifies most effectively.
Recommended: Apply at least one technique in a real presentation before the next session.
